Nerve Irritation / Shoulder

Ive had ongoing PVCs for a couple of years now. With tests showing I have good underlying heart health, which is something.

The concentration of them waxes and wanes over the weeks, and I have noticed that after a run of them at their worst, I get a line of discomfort that runs from the heart area diagonally up to the neck.

It feels very surface, and like an irritated nerve.

For reasons too complicated, PVCs were 99% certain a post viral symptom, and I got pins and needles and muscle twitches at initial onset, so I have contextualized them as the noticable part of general neuropathic damage..

Its not the worst thing to put up with compared to the PVCs themselves, but would be interested to hear of anyone encountered anything similar and if anything helped.

I have nerve pain not from my afib but supposedly from a recent bout of Shingles. It ran from my shoulder into my neck and the only relief I got was from taking low dose 25mg Pregabalin (Lyrica), which I eventually weaned myself off after two months. I use it now as a PIP as sometimes it can flare up. Might be helpful though check what meds it can be taken with.
