Am I alone in not being able to connect easily to the forum via a link in the daily HealthUnlocked email this morning? It most often fails to open at all and gives a blank page, or eventually gives a strange error message, "Gateway Time Out"? I have tried different browsers to no avail. It has been this way on and off for a while. I use a MacBook.

Hi Pipman, this morning the same problem, so I checked my ios updates which are set to automatic and there was an update that I had to authorise via my password etc. After doing this I can now access the forum on my Apple laptop. Do not know if this is the full answer as still have problems with my i phone but wonder if there is some incompatibility at the moment with any work done on the website by admin. Can't understand why they haven't noticed that this is happening and responded. I was on holiday when I first noticed that I could not access the forum at all so assumed it was a wi fi issue in rural Suffolk so was surprised on returning home yesterday that others are experiencing this as well. Regards Kathleen
I was finally able to sign back in right now, and first thing I saw was your message 🙂 I also got in touch with Health Unlocked awhile ago, but haven't heard back from them yet.
I've had the same problem for a few days. This morning no access through the emails so I've used the website but that isn't working properly either. It's a bit strange that no one from admin has commented.
I've been having this problem for weeks. Thought it was just my ancient laptop! Had it just now trying to open your post so it obviously hasn't been fixed!
I had the problem yesterday, recieved a blank page when clicking on the title of the article. Went away and viewed elsewhere, came back and it was functioning normally.
Very sorry for the site issues. We are aware of the 504 Gateway Time-out error and our team is working hard to get this fixed. We have also posted a blog post and will update on Monday:
