I saw a bracelet device sold online that gives electric stimulation to the pulse point on the wrist and apparently controls motion sickness. Has anyone seen or heard of anything similar which might possibly stop an episode of Afib......just a thought!

Indeed, have seen such wrist bands in use. Staff working on ferries that operate in the north sea often wear them to control motion sickness during rough sea. But whether such a device is useful when dealing with Afib..... no idea.
It stimulates an acupuncture point in the internal part of the wrist. It must work, otherwise it wouldn't be so popular.
You wish! Quite often if you believe it will.
Yes, I have read some thing about that, if I remember rightly some sort of hand held device that zaps the Vagus Nerve in your neck. However, who knows how long before it gets to market and even then it won't no doubt stop AF in everybody. Keep up the optimism some non-invasive action has got to come.
Hi Snoopy. Don't think I would risk trying it if I had any devices implanted for a-fib purposes. I'm thinking pacemaker. Just my opinion. An abundance of caution might be a good thing. I might ask my doc if it was safe for me. Take care. irina1975
