I'm still suffering badly with cold extremities on Bisoprolol, does anyone that takes Nebivolol experience similar issues at all?

Nebivolol and cold toes/fingers?
I had chilblains on my fingers when I took Bisoprolol but 6 years ago I was changed to Nebivolol. No problems at all since then, with either fingers or toes.
I was on Bisoprolol and have tried many others but have ended up on Nebivolol currently 5 mg daily and I still have cold hands and feet though they are not as bad as they have been at times thankfully.
I take nebivolol buy very low dose of 1.25mg. I do not experience this.
Hi kitenski, I have had very similar symptoms on both Bisoprolol and Nebivolol. I was on 12.5 mg per day of Bisoprolol which was changed to Nebivolol about 8 months ago. In the cold weather , even indoors in a heated room, I get very cold (hands go white) in fingers and toes. As a beta-blocker, both with slow the heart down, reduced blood pressure and flow to the body. The extremities will generally be first to be affected.
Hope this helps.

I’ve increased my dose of bisoprolol to 2.5mg and am having cold toes in bed. The nights have been quite cold, too. I hadn’t really connected the two things until reading your post and others on this forum. I also have neuropathy, which makes my toes feel different so confuses the situation.
Most people don’t get this side effect, I guess, so it might be hard to know if another beta blocker would do the trick. I’m looking forward to reading replies.

I didn't get cold fingers/toes on Carvedilol Steve, but it was much less effective at reducing my AF so I decided cold fingers were better than more episodes and switched back!
I just started for the 6days on Nebivolol and yes I have my finger turning white and I have to run it under hot water! But to be fair I had this when I was on Metropolol ! Has anyone had stomach gas with Nebivolol?
I'v just changed from Bisoprolol to Nebivolol , lots of side effects from Bisoprolol but no cold fingers or toes. Been taking Nebivolol for two weeks now and so far no cold fingers or toes.
hi. I have been taking Bisoprolol since being diagnosed with AF about 6 years ago and have had no problems with it. I take it last thing at night. Hope this helps and you get sorted.
