Have a look if cold feet are listed in the leaflets that come with the pills. Or ask your pharmacist. My money is on Bisoprolol.

Almost certainly bisoprolol is the culprit. Cold feet and hands are a known side effect. Oddly, I had freezing cold hands, but not feet, when I was taking this.

I have same and take Bisoprolol

I was taking 2 x 5 mg Bisoprolol and suffered very poor circulation in fingers and toes. So bad that I was having vascular spasms in some fingers in the cold . Toes are much easier to keep warm and walking helps the circulation. As soon as I stopped the Bisoprolol after successful ablation the problems stopped.

I've been on ramipril for 10 years with no problem but since taking bisopropol and apaxiban my feet have been colder. I thought it was me getting older but perhaps they are the cause.

On the same meds and have exactly the same symptoms yes, I thought it was because I was getting older

Hi Higgy52, I am on similar medication to you i.e. Bisoprolol and Ramipril but different anti coagulant and also suffer with cold hands and feet, particularly feet. I would agree that Bisoprolol is the culprit confirmed by my EP. Have invested in a pair of Finnish felt carpet slippers (5 mm thick) which are perfect.

Bigger boots and double socks help me.

It'll be the bisoprolol, pre being prescribed this I would be fine temperature wise with a t-shirt shorts and bare feet in the house all through the winter as my wife felt the cold and the house was always too warm for me.

Now I sit under a blanket, socks and slippers, PJ's and a bath robe and I'm still cold.

Don't even entertain going to watch a game of rugby anymore, my feet get way too painful in the cold 😢

I find the same problem with my feet and reckon its the Bisoprolol -

I notice at completecareshop.co.uk you can get

"Each Hotteeze Hand Warmer supplies the user with up to 10 hours of heat making them ideal for those cold winter months and those users with poor circulation. "

and

"The Hotteeze Foot Warmers are supplied as pairs of individually wrapped foot warmers. The Hotteeze are able to provide the user with up to five warm hours from each pad. An excellent aid for keeping the winter cold at bay."

Might be a thought as you are outside all the time
