Antihistamine

I have allergies but also atrial fibrillation. Are the any natural supplements I can take to reduce my skin irritation, now I'm not taking antihistamines? The itching is doing my head in. I have been advised not to take antihistamines, whilst taking bisoporal.

Thats strange. I take Bisoprolol & have taken antihistamines at the same time. They were prescribed by my GP. The pharmacist confirmed there is no issue taking them at the same time. Who advised you & what reason did they give?

I've have been yo my local pharmacy & they have suggested I take cetrizine. Not the strong version, the one you can buy off the shelf in any supermarket. I have in the past bought them from Lidl & they've worked OK for me, so I'll be going back on them.
