You likely are very dehydrated. Combined with fatigue and lightheadiness may warrant a trip to A&E if you can't see your GP or nurse this week. Would also help make decision on travel.

These look like ectopic beats which arrive prematurely and are then followed by a "compensatory pause" that causes a "thump" feeling or palpitations, often. Also, as Bob says, there are tiny blips on the strip that would be caused by the atrium beating normally. I would breathe easy.
Can't advise on your travel plans, but I've had similar troubles a longer time after my ablation than that. My last 'attack' was October last year, 22 months after the procedure. I've now been fine since then, and I've pushed the boundaries and done stuff I shouldn't, with no ill effects. I wouldn't count the ablation as 'successful' until two years of no problems have passed.
Yes, hydration and there is no need to buy expensive electrolyte sachets. A simple mix of water, salt and sugar in the right proportions works fine. Lots of advice on the web, look it up.
