Itchy Legs

It’s that time of the year …. Cold! Every year when it gets cold my legs, shins and calf’s get itchy. Does anyone else’s?

Mine are raging now and I end up making them bleed with my scratching. I’ve tried so many creams and moisturisers… but this year none seem to sort it!

Not AF related but does anyone have a good moisturiser they use?

Both of us have a similar problem and we get relief from E45 anti-itch moisturiser……

You could try a hydrocortisone based cream, available over the counter at Boots.
