Anemia and blood pressure

Hi all Has anybody had iron deficient anemia and experienced very low blood pressure as a sympron . My iron levels are on the floor and I'm experiencing very low blood pressure . Dont know it there's a link or another new problem with my heart re low BP

I have low blood pressure, but l am not anaemic. Was your blood pressure low before you became anaemic, or have the two presented themselves together? If it all happened at once then there could possibly be a link, but to get the correct advice and information, l would go talk to your GP. Must be worrying for you.

I have just been diagnosed with low iron anaemia, but my blood pressure was the highest it has ever been, so maybe no connection.

I was diagnosed with chronic anemia which both cancer and heart consultants said was linked to the illnesses, more recently my GP thought a treatment of iron tablets as my haemaglobin was low which seems to now be increasing. At no time have I had low blood pressure,which has been around 110 over 60 with heart rate around 60.
