Anyone have any firsthand experience with Propafenone and taste? Everything tastes disgusting this morning and I hope its a side effect that fades.😬. Still not convinced it is going to even stop the Atrial Tachycardia as I am still having it, but now this.... Ugh.

Depends on the dose I think. I was on it for many years and noticed a metallic taste all the time to start with especially at high doses. (3x 300mg daily). Haven't used it for years since successful ablation.
I get very symptomatic with my AF and my dosage is 2 stat (right away) and 1 an hour later if I haven't converted. The taste is terrible. To me it tastes like old nails.
I have been taking it since May 2019. I don't remember when the metallic taste stopped; probably took a few months. I have none of the metallic taste now.
