Morning, I used my Kardia yesterday, because I feel weird, it’s almost like am going to go into af but don’t and I have been like it a few days. The ecg shows a couple of funny lumpy bits, which I haven’t seen before. Any ideas what they are? I am just curious.

Looks like interference or slight movement. Kardia is incredibly sensitive.
Most likely interferences. Make sure your contacts are clean and maybe use some sanitiser to lubricate.
If you look at the un-smoothed trace from Kardia, available in the settings, you'll see that using the finger method for contact is not the best way to take an ECG, even though it works okay most of the time, making it so very convenient. What Kardia have done is to create an algorithm that smooths out the trace dramatically, making it look presentable. Sometimes, however, the signal is so poor that it wobbles as you see. The Apple Watch is much the same, I find. The Wellue ECG monitors, instead, simply state "unreadable". They offer an alternative of different ways of reading including two chest electrodes to overcome this. The electrodes, of course, produce a very fine trace indeed.
