for UK Afibbers £15 off Wellue at amazon

I had some recent discussions and noted that my Kardia even with the extra paid advanced deterministic wasn’t picking up atrial bigeminy or also various other ectopics unless I used the consultant review (at further cost once 4 had been used). Most of readings via the Kardia come back as unclassified which I’m really disappointed with.

Another member recommended the Wellue monitor with AI analysis, I think that this version does the AI analysis and currently has a £15 voucher off at amazon.

I’ve ordered and should arrive tomorrow, if it pans out I am in the return window for Kardia.

Are you sure this Wellue model has the AI determinations you require? The Wellue range can be quite confusing. I think Ppiman has different models that include access to 17 or so AI rhythms.

You can see I'm definitely confused, and I have been observing these Wellue devices online for some time now. Ppiman is the expert.

I'm going off their website which says AI analysis via the app

I hope you are right.

It's just that when I read the Amazon listing in the link you gave, I couldn't find any reference to the 17 AI determinations.

Let us know how it works for you. I am interested.

It works :) pics down further replies as can't seem to attach to this one! Ran the mobile app, it said irregular heart beat with a nice AI analysis button, hit that and got it analysed as Sinus, PACS and PAC Bigeminy

The “unclassified” reading I got on my Kardia turned out to be AF so I got them to repay the money I’d had to pay to find out what it was, as I pointed out the Kardia was supposed to be able to identify that!! Don’t think I bothered when another “unclassified” came up as a further reading was fine!! I never have anything to do with Amazon!

I paid for an annual Kardia care, when one consultant review of unclassified came back as PACS I raised a support ticket and this is what they said:

In order for the Kardia app to read the Advanced Determinations for PACs, there have to be 4 or more PACs present in the first 30 seconds of the EKG for the result screen to show Sinus Rhythm with PACs. For the Advanced Determinations to read Sinus Rhythm with PVCs, there has to be 2 or more PVCs within that 30-second recording.

In reading your Clinician Review, it says that there was only a single PAC that was detected within the 30-second recording. That is why your EKG came back as Unclassified. The single PAC was not picked up because there was only one. Now if there had been 4 or more it would have read PACs.

!!! Hope you got some compensation as I did! After all we must “avoid stress”!

My Kardia gave two Unclassifieds during a run of AFs . My cardiologist said they were both AFs but the algorithm didn’t pick it. He showed me how to identify AF from the trace. Interestingly when I got home I went through my Kardia history and found some NSR traces with very short runs of AF . These tended to occur when I was coming out of a bout of AF. I wonder how many AFs are allowed for the algorithm to come up with NSR or Unclassified?

I've also spotted this on their website

The AI analysis through the App is now available for a free trial from May 1st to July 31st. This AI analysis function will be charged after a trial period.

I had 12 consecutive PVC's on my 30 sec Kardia trace that is textbook bigamy but it states "possible afib."
