Good morning Sunny2008,

You may find the Insurance and Travel page on our website helpful here: heartrhythmalliance.org/afa...

It has a list of insurers whom AF Association has found to be sympathetic to travellers with a heart condition. 🙂

Try Saga. I found them very good as you are able to actually speak to them !

Bournemouth!

We are with Staysure but you never know how good they really are until you are unfortunate and need to make a claim……

ABTA Travel come out well both for quotes and claims. I obtained a quote from them for travel to Japan and their quote was considerably lower than Staysure and M &S both of whom I have used before. Saga quoted double.

in Australia I use Bupa, I think the underwriter is Allianz. The time we went to Bali they wanted to know if I was on anticoagulant I said yes at the time and no problems it was about $80aus above normal premium

Hi find out if any insuarnce company pay upfront for emergencies. A medical problem in states could cost you more than your credit card etc can cover, so what would happen. The insurance company pays to your relatives after death? great.
