Help please !!

Can anyone tell me how to send a private message to another person on here.

HU can do just about anything BUT NOT tell me how to send a message - just can't find out how.

Click on Chat at top of page and then onto new. Start typing the name of the person when you have it, then type away.

Cheers Paul, yes I have mastered the dark arts of HU messaging now. I was probably still in a Facebook mindset and finding it to disentangle myself. 😱😱😂😂😂

Whatever you do John don't get a FaceBook mindset. It's the worst mindset to have - some of the silly spats and fallouts in the groups there make me laugh. I also don't want to see pictures of your lunch every day and be called 'Honey' all the time. Your newborn baby is very cute but please stop filling my news feed with pictures of it sleeping or having its nappy changed about 30 times a day.

I once thought about replying to one such picture saying 'blimey that's an ugly-looking bugg@r isn't it'. However, common sense prevailed in the end and I decided not to

Yes Paul, I know what you mean😱😱 mostly my associations on FB are Groups like places I've lived/visited, steam locomotives, aircraft and a few individuals I choose to be associated with. It is a bloody nightmare to be sure.

Click on name rather than reply.

Up should come their profile. From there you can send a private message.

You can FOLLOW THEM by clicking that choice.

Then you will get any subjects that that person posts.
