Here are some more views from an older post of mine. For me, one large cup of caffeinated coffee in the morning. Last time I went to Starbucks for a latte, I went into afib, so now just have a standard supermarket blend. On Flecainide and diltiazem.

I don’t miss caffeine daily, but I soooo miss my occasional Espresso *sigh*.

When I was first diagnosed with AFIB some 30+ years ago, I was told by a very prominent Dr. and leader of AFIB research (who was my Dr. at the time) to stay away from caffeine and antihistamine's among other various things as they more than likely will promote AFIB episodes.

No caffeine for me at all. Caffeinated coffee, black tea...chocolate are all of my diets completely.

It is apparently very individual as to the body's response to coffee. I have one cup of black coffee in AM with no ill effects. When I was working I drank 4 cups a day or so but didn't have afib then. etheral
