good morning all, here’s a short update on my progress with aortic stenosis plus A F

Taking my blood pressure three times a day and to send a copy to the cardiology nurse on Friday

Had a text from hospital asking me to come in on the 13th for a CT scan,

Met with my doctor yesterday who talked me through what may happen, I need an angiogram before surgery can take place.

I may need artery replacement as well as the aortic valve, and said for my age I am in good shape.

You could blow me down with a feather, very unexpected.

Hope I am not boring you with too much info.

I share the aortic stenosis (moderate) diagnosis which has yet progressed to the need for surgery (fingers crossed). But can, as I understand, affect af.

I think I mentioned to you before, aortic valve replacement has really progressed with an excellent success rate.

Thank you I will keep up with any progress, my AF has been very good for about a

year, hope I’m not jinxing things by saying that.

It’s relief knowing what’s wrong.
