I will be curious to see if your letter sways these politicians. I live in the USA. They are pretty corrupt. Once they make their minds up that's it. I'm sure you may get a response thanking you. Or not. You across the ocean really have no idea how bad and corrupt this governmment has become.
Just a little tidbit. Today I called my Drs office to cancel an appt for this Wed. Florida is going to be hit by a hurricane Wed. The young gal I talked to told me her office had to have permission, to close due to the hurricane, from corporate office. !!!!!! The corporate office. What does that tell you about our medical system in the USA.
