The study is aimed at gaining a better understanding about the experience of living with multiple chronic conditions of which AF is the most common heart rhythm disorder

Thanks Tracy. I will do that. But I still think it would be a good idea, having mentioned the subject, if someone could provide a summary in plain English. For instance, the publicity mentions 'patient centered'. I thought all health care was patient centered.
