Ooh bless ya, Hope you stay in NSR. I had a bad night yesterday, went and took deep breaths in cold dawn air in garden, pulse was 120. This was first episode really since diagnosis in January. Reverted back but GP has written me off work for couple weeks as meds still need titrating. Cardiologists appt next week. I went back to work 2 days last week but didn’t feel very well. I have it so mild compared to some on here but so grateful for the support. Here for you all too xx

Have any of your Drs tested for nutrient deficiencies? Maybe you should push that if they haven't. Seems too many Drs don't test for or won't take this seriously enough to test for. I'm in the USA and the Drs I've seen basically laugh when I suggested testing nutrients. And it's so important. Makes me wonder why these Drs chose medicine if they aren't going to practice it. 😲🤔Hope you find some solution. Take care.
