Covid Pfizer Booster Jab

All booster jabs are Pfizer in our area. Same after effects as with my first two, slight pain in the muscle of my shoulder when I raise my arm above my head. No affect on my hearts SVT, but since I've changed my diet and upped my exercise routine I very rarely get an arrhythmia. I cycled to the Dr's for it and back home with it's 200 meter climb, so 12km round trip on my 45 kg shopping trike. I'm 78, and on 5mg Apixaban as I had a major stroke 18 months ago.

You are a beast Roy! Most people with zero health issues wouldn't tackle that trip...with a 45k trike! Well done 🙂

🤣🤣 I second this whole heartedly! 78 putting 25 yr olds to shame! I’m surprised you didn’t come straight home and bench press the grandkids after. Total animal 💪 keep it up!

I normally cycle that route 3 sets of 3, 3 times a week though (not stopping at the Dr's) so it's about 100 km a week so II km home is not such a big deal for me. The hills are though, as we live in a very hilly area. It's a lot easier on my carbon fibre Velomobile as that is only 17 Kg. I save that for the summer and races though.All the best.
