For HealthUnlocked Admin: Not Receiving Emails

Have not received email notiifications for the past week. My settings are current to receive emails. Checked spam with no result. Address not blocked.

Hi mav7, check your account settings by clicking on the 'More' button (next to your avatar (if you have one) at the top of the AF Association page. It's at the right hand side. You should see a drop down box with several options, one of which is 'E-mail notifications'. Click on that and have a look at the options in the first section. Make sure that the first box, 'email me when someone responds to something I've written', is ticked, and any others you want. If it wasn't ticked, then that's probably been the problem, but if it is already, then you may have a problem that needs Admin help. You can get this by clicking again on that 'More' button and then clicking on 'Help'. A box will pop up with two options. One is 'Answers' and the other, is 'Ask'. Click on that one and you will then be given the option to email, which you should do, explaining what the problem is. Hope this helps.

Suggest you message Admin directly as HU do not read posts if the suggestions already made don’t work. Links at bottom of page.

HU are the people to contact not the AFA Admins.

Acct settings are correct. Did not know how to contact HU Admin, did so.

Great mav7, hope you get a response and some help soon. Just in case there's any confusion, both methods suggested will get your message to HU Admin and not the community admins.

I received a reply from HU Admin asking general questions which really did not apply.

Decided to change my email which solved the issue.

Great solution mav7. Sometimes getting to the bottom of tech issues is a headache!
