Emails have stopped!

Can anyone advise, please? For some reason the regular emails from this forum have stopped arriving in my inbox. I’ve tried writing to admin, but so far have had no response.

Click on your avatar that's at the top of the HU page. MIne's to the right of the Search Health Unlocked window. I'm on a PC.

Scroll down to Settings

Check through your email notifications and make sure you have a tick alongside receiving emails.

Let me know if you need any clarification.

Lucky you! I managed to stop then as I hate having my email inbox cluttered up with rubbish. Since I visit HUL several times a day to check on progress and answer queries I seldom miss a post unless I am on walkabout.

It may be that they now drop into your junk or scam box and you need to " unjunk" them.

I use an iPhone and since the last system update my e-mails are in my junk folder. 🙄

There are all sorts of reasons why you might not be receiving emails. One thing worth checking is that your mailbox isn't full. Recently, TalkTalk changed the way they manage mailboxes so if you use TalkTalk, that may be the problem.

I'm still getting regular emails but I have noticed google now classifies them as promotions and they get presented in a different folder to my primary email.

Hope you find them.
