Hi, from the Menu button at the top or bottom of this page depending on your device (it’s next to Alerts button)
Check your Email Preferences and Digest Frequency.
If that’s all OK then look in to junk settings on your email account or program that you use.

Yes my HealthUnlocked decided one day to go to junk…. I just moved one message back to Inbox and all’s well again
Personally I choose not to look at the emails.
I use this site from bookmarking or saving to favourites in your chosen browser the following link
Then I refresh from the little green Home button. If anyone has liked, responded or requested a chat you will see an amber notification with a number in it that you can click on.
This way you see posts from all the forum communities you are a member of in one newsfeed timeline.

hi, this site has been behaving oddly recently and I wonder whether they've made changes/updates that may have affected things. My experience is I was locked out for 3 days and received a message saying contact admin when I finally managed to do that admin denied locking me out. It self righted.
Over the last few days all the posts have been going directly into my spam box and show as computer code. Never happened before and if I transfer to my inbox they appear as normal. Looked up on google which suggested it is caused by a change in the senders account.

It would appear something has changed with email providers or email program algorithms used to decide what is junk by the replies above. The address (notifications@email.healthunlocked.com) they come from hasn’t changed as far as I can see.
There’s a few ways to fix it depending whether its your email providers settings doing it on the server or your email program doing it on your device. Best way is to internet search how to stop emails going to junk for your email provider or your device. Adding the address to your contacts can be a simple way to fix it for some.
