Hello out there 😊 I just wanted to thank everyone that supported me when I was having a bit of a melt down over sleepless nights , low heart beats, new medication etc .

The minds a powerful thing and I got myself into a bit of a mess etc but thanks to the kind and good sense advice on here I’m back to my usual crazy self and actually sleeping at night again and not obsessed with every little thing , x
