thanks - my wife doesn't need Black Friday as an excuse to shop. Incidentally we got married on Black Friday 6 years ago having lived together for 23 years! The weather was much like it was today - windy and rainy!

[Singwell]

Had forgotten about this! Black Friday night proved to be a bit of a corker here in mid Wales. Spent most of today mending a fence in unbelievable wind chill...

We consider ourselves lucky here in South West Wales then only a few plant pots blown over and empty watering cans and empty garden bin blown around garden. Had a large piece of bubble wrap caught on our climbing rose and the last of the blossom on various flowers and shrubs is now dessicated by the wind so a little depressing to look out now. However we still have 4 blooms on a shrub rose which have held on. A few road closures around about so glad to be at home in the warm.
