Just do the slow deep breathing exercise which WILL help.

Hi Ethel

I get them regularly. I typically drink water and they go. Since my ablation I really have been on good form with no AF so I can deal with the odd ectopic. Water and exercise seem to be my goto’s for heart related matters now.

Yes! Water is so important when I get them. Be well~

I'm so glad it went well! Deep belly breathing, with exhale longer than inhale, works for me regarding ectopics.

Can take a day or more for everything to settle, a good nights sleep you will feel better in the morning.

I had a cardio version following a month of permanent AF. It took three attempts to get it back in rhythm but three weeks on its still okay. I initially had a few flutters that made me nervous and subsequently have had a racing heart rate that was the trigger for AF previously, but this time reverted to normal rhythm. I'm thinking that alcohol could have caused this on these occasions.
