The OH uses MyFitnessPal in free mode which she finds very good. It also could be linked to her FitBit so calories burnt doing exercise could be deducted off her daily calories intake.

I've been using an app that does all of that, it's called My Fitness Pal.

I also use free version of MyFitnesssPal. It has a computer, tablet and phone version, so you are always updated after you enter your food/excercise.And, if you utilise other fitness devices such as Apple Watch, Fitbit, or "smart" training equipment such as spin bikes, rowers, treadmills etc, it will also automatically record your calorie expenditure from those 🙂

FitnessPal is very good. But a couple of years ago their security was breached and customers names, email addresses, details and passwords were then put for sale on the dark web, including mine. Had nasty emails and people still try and get into my email account. I’m not saying don’t use them but just be aware as you should be with all apps. Give the minimum or false information (I have a couple of sets of false data i use) and make sure you use a different password for each app, website etc.
