No stent extra meds

After having a cardiology angiogram last I was told then by the cardiologist that I would need a stent but he would speak to colleagues. Then I got a letter to say I’m staying on my meds plus statin’s and aspirin. My finding were “Access was via the right radial artery.

Results showed mild ascending aortic root dilatation and significant disease in the mid-LAD.”

Has anyone else experienced this. I also have heart failure
