PVI successful after long week
Well done ! Just don't overdo things for the first couple of weeks , however tempted you may be !
Make sure that you read the fact sheet on here for recovery and when you think you've rested enough, rest some more. Good luck.
Good news - now relax and focus on recovery and healing. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Best wishes
Do as little as possible for first week. I felt horrible first 3/4 days. Everything sore, fatigued, weak etc. Literally bed resting for 4/5 days with getting up for a VERY slow walk down hallway every now and then. Now 8 days after and I’m feeling remarkably better every day. Been slowly increasing my daily walk everyday and am going to go for a 2 miler in a bit 😀👍 happy days (hopefully) 😂
Like everyone says number 1 rule REST! Let your body heal 👍
