You are still within the three months healing time so odd heart beats and some Af is common I believe, but you can contact your Cardio nurse if you're worried. Best of luck.

could be ectopic beats which most people get. Just do some mindful breathing for 5 minutes 3 times a day and make sure you breath through your nose not mouth and each breath in and out about 5 seconds . It helps slow the heart. No sugar caffeine and alcohol helps settle my ectopics as well as good hydration as when your dehydrated your heart can play up

I had cardio version but it didn't work. Doc put me on amiodarone and after 2 days I'm in normal rhythm. Doc says go for ablation gotta wait for appointment at papworth...I'm thinking it's gonna be quite a long time?? How was ablation?? Has it had a big effect on you? I felt like a different person once the AF had gone.

hi, I had cardio version too and it didn't work either . I had to wait about 6 months for the ablation, they said it had been successful, so hopefully after the blanking period it will be . I still get missed heart beats and irregular rhythm. if I have to get another ablation I'll ask for a general anaesthetic. I was sedated when I had mine but I could feel them burning my heart 3 times from different areas . I hope you get on ok .
