Seconds out Round 2

Of the 'adrenaline free or not' debate.Wisdom tooth extracted successfully on the second attempt yesterday after 5 days on Metronidazole which must have cleared up most of infection. (reminder, too much pain first attempt). Had 3 adrenaline free jabs, hardly any pain. The interesting fact is I took the advice and experiences of this forum with me, re the stronger antibiotic, sedation etc and also contacted 'my' EP who stated they had no concerns with me having a normal adrenaline injection as there was no evidence of long term issues and more concerning was the infection which could cause AF, as members on here have stated. The dentist had already prepared the 'free' type syringes so we went ahead without me making the decision to 'try' the standard type. Opinions make life confusing? Thanks to all and stay safe.

Good news. As I mentioned before. root infections block the local so must be sorted first. Glad it all went well.

Yes - for sure it can. Looking after your teeth is very important for afibbers. A tooth infection can cetainly start things off again.

This is just for me - I use a salt rinse every day now. If you do be careful not to swallow any as salt can have an adverse affect too.

Root canal next for me - I can hardly wait 🛠️
