Brief update of my ablation 2 after 1 week

Hi everyone

After 7 days of being very restful I have a nearly healed groin puncture, a big purple bruise area at the top of my leg ( reminding me what I look like inside! So actually a good thing)

Main thing is I have a week of NSR under my belt albeitcat a slightly faster rate than my previous norm I have a number of ectopics maybe 1 every 1-4 minutes but I feel improving

Still got a slightly tender / bloat feel to my belly but fingers crossed!

Well done! Sounds as though you are going in the right direction. I am 5 days in, overdid the pottering, and paid for it. My HR is a little fast and a few skipping feelings when I am trying to go to sleep, and yes, an impressive bruise. I had a couple of days of headaches too.

Hopefully as time goes by and your heart recovers the ectopics will also diminish, along with the tender tummy.

All sounding like movement in the right direction. Do take care as the danger zone is when you think you have recovered and forgetting because you no longer have any symptoms. You still need to pace yourself and go slow and gradual.
