Covid vaccine and afib

Hi I am in the United States and I'm wondering if having Afib alone is considered a severe underlying condition. I'm asking this regarding Covid vaccine priority distribution.

Thanks:)

Hi, Not sure if you've seen this on the CDC website (Centers for Disease Control) cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nc... Heart conditions are listed although AF is not specifically mentioned as an underlying medical condition re Covid at present. The website does state that the list is not exhaustive and may change. Presumably the list on the CDC website will be taken into consideration when deciding priority for vaccination in the US?

Thanks Snookersteve this info is helpful. It appears that I'm going to have to be patient and wait my turn. I'm super thankful that I don't have any of the more serious heart ailments at this point in time. Be well and Stay safe🤗
