18 Months post Ablation update

Every 3 months i give a update after my 3 rd Ablation,

18 months since my 3rd Ablation and so far so good, still get the odd Ectopic beat , but not every day, some days i forget about my heart as busy at work and if its ticking over nicely you tend to forget about it,

So if your 1st or 2nd Ablations dont work dont give up keep pushing for a 3rd, im glad i did,

Good luck all

Good call Higgy. You do eventually stop worrying. Took me a couple of years then something else came along to worry about. lol 😁 Beat that too.

I was the same Higgy, my third ablation (4 years ago) helped more than the other two, but since last November I've been in constant AF which is so much easier to cope with. I have to say that I thought that my first two ablations made my AF worse. I feel that changing my diet to an additive free and more healthy plant based one, helped more than anything. Just wish I'd tried that before having any ablations.

So pleased you are doing so well, gives everyone hope of being the same. Long may that continue.

Best wishes

Jean

Thanks for that, it came just at the right time for me. I’ve got my third ablation on 1st September and starting to get a bit nervous. Hope your improvement continues.

I've been chasing you, Higgy, three months behind you for third ablation. At 15 months, I'm still in sinus.

good to hear cuore,

long may it last

do you get any ectopics

When I look at my Kardia readings, I believe I do, but I am not symptomatic for them. Having said that, I need to do a lot more research as to how to read ectopics on a one lead Kardia ECG.
