Padayn01, my daily emails stopped about two weeks ago. Any idea what to do to get them back ??? All the best. Saul

Saulger, tap on your profile. You can get to it quickly via the small icon of your photo, top right by the search bar.

Select settings in the drop down menu.

There is a list of boxes to tick

Select Digests and go for the one you want. I ticked weekly otherwise my inbox gets overloaded. But there's a daily option.

Very good. Thank you.

But ...I am still struggling with the idea that the vagus nerve - the rest and digest response - which slows things down and calms you, can trigger faster irregular heartbeats. I can't figure out how that works.

Is there a simple layman's explanation anywhere?

Where is this vagus nerve??

It’s a useful summary- thanks for posting it. Point 3 (burping) I find is particularly important. If I consciously check to see if I need to burp, and it turns out that I do, this will often calm the heart and reduce ectopics. I didn’t know that constipation could contribute to ectopics, so its important for everyone to avoid this!
