Thanks jo appreciate the advice
Hi there. I’ve had cardiomyopathy badly for about 13 years now. Started off reasonably mild then progressed to the point of being dizzy and breathless getting dressed in the morning. I couldn’t do anything without feeling like I was on a ship in a storm. Listen to the docs and research. Stay positive and know that there are things that can be done to help. Stay hydrated - it really makes a difference.
I’ve had a septal ablation procedure, have an ICD fitted and am on a beta blocker- and feel great. All the best
Oh and I’m on metroprolol (after trying a few that made me feel terrible)
