Good morning, I am currently taking bisoprolol and Eliquis (2 years now) and am considering taking a supplement for digestive issues.
This supplement contains beetroot and pomegranate, and I am wondering if this could potentially react with the anti coagulant? Any advice would be helpful please.

I have some experience on gut health as I have suffered Colitis and IBS all of my life (well controlled now thankfully).
Depends upon why you want to take the supplement, personally I would recommend finding a well qualified nutritional practitioner or a Doctor of Intergrative Medicine is best placed to advise you. Again lots in Spain - just check their qualifications.
The only supplement I personally would be wary of is Curcumin - the active ingredient of Tumeric. Tumeric as a food, especially the root, is fine as you would have to consume a huge amount to ingest an amount of Curcumin to have an interaction.
Personally, I favour foods over supplements any day - beets are great and especially the beet tops sautéed with a little garlic butter. Any prebiotic is normally recommended for good gut health.
After living in Spain - I found that the Spanish Pharmacies are SO much better informed than the UK ones on supplements and medicines and many have specialist advisors - at least that was my experience but may depend upon where you are living in Spain.
I would suggest these sources of good information on the internet:-
I buy my supplements from Natures Best on line, have been for many years. It is owned by Lamberts who are therapist suppliers. Both are good suppliers. You can ask NB about the supplement and your medication, really good at giving answers.
I sometimes take their Digestizyme if I know I could get indigestion, works for me.
