Sad to say that ablation is only for quality of life and symptom control so there are no guarantees that it will be permanent.

I’m yet to be given any medication as only Friday is my first time to ever catch it on a ecg so I think they thought it was all in my head and my anxiety so I’m waiting for a appointment now with the cardiologist to discuss medication and ablation

it took then 6 years to try and capture mine its only when they got worse and i endede up in resus theyrealised they was treating me FOR PANIC ATTACKS FOR YEARS ablation is the best cure as it destoys tiny parts of the heart mucle which they scar so electricity cannot penitrate the top chambers the ablation is quite painless after years of living a life in fear cace it went over i am living a normal life now id recomend ablation to anyone

Iv also been lucky because I have a ecg recorder on my Apple Watch. But only had that for Xmas so it caught that one Friday, and I can email them to drs ect. Well worth the money. And thanks so much Iv been worrying about the ablation my mother had it for afib and it worked. But I’m terrified of hospitals and anything like that. I worry I live on my nerves.
