Edoxaban & high Glucose levels

Has anyone using a noac (mine is edoxaban) had experience of raised blood glucose levels.my Hb1ac tests have been coming back just into the prediabetic level.just wondered .

I'm not on it but mine went to 42 recently as well and I wondered if it was propafanone. Odd since I have lost weight and better diet in the last year.

Yes Bob I wouldn't have thought my diet & lifestyle would cause it.but I am overweight.mine also 42 in October being retested in a week and of course self isolating has ruined any self control & lots less exercise.

We shall see.

In fact my BMI is 25 and I am lightest for twenty years eating far less meat as well.

-of course I don't know about glucose levels as I'm not a diabetic but my blood tests are always fine. I like the boxes and the fact that the pills come with days printed on just like the pill! But of course, we are all different so do discuss it with your doctor (over the phone).

Sorry- the machine seemed to cut off the first part of my reply below (though it will be above when you read it). I said that I'd been on Edoxaban for a month and found no problems, taking it at night

When we reach a certain age we don't metabolise sugars as well as a young person, there are other factors apart from drugs.
