Hi all.its been 8 months since my 1st ablation for afib been off meds 7 months have had some ups and downs but health and energy levels are better than before by far.would advise anyone thinking about getting an ablation to get one best decision I've made in life so far.im a 38yr male had 4 cardio versions that only lasted few days each time

Can I just ask how many months after your abalation you started to excercise?
2weeks light exercise to start .walking then started swimming .now I'm running and using rowing machine in the gym and swimming once a week
