Dieting and AF

Has anyone else started dieting and found that their AF is coming more frequent. Use to have a bout every month or so but since starting weight watchers I seem to be getting AF every week or so?

Make sure you aren’t eating too much processed frozen meals.

What does that do? If at all just 1 a week. I’ve lost two and half stone and I’m not giving it up because of my AF

Some of the frozen meals have chemicals used for processing that can cause some people to be sensitive to. Congratulations on your weight loss.

A lower BMI should lessen the AF burden. Well done on the weight loss.

I started SWorld in January and my AF has improved as I lose weight.

Is weight watchers plan very low carb? There was an article on here suggesting a link between lowcarb diets and AF.

SWorld does allow a certain amount of carbs.

Just a thought

See if you can have a chat with a BANT registered nutrionist to make sure you are getting a balanced diet / exercise match?
