I’m fed up with the side effects of my heart rate dropping to 49 and blood pressure 98/50 whilst on these tabs . I can’t win heart rate ether to high or too low with the tabs. As such a low dose can I just stop them?

Both readings are fine if you have no associated symptoms, such as dizziness or lightheadedness on standing. It would be a good idea to check your standing BP if you do get lightheaded.

I do feel light headed and dizzy and dis - orientated and very tired and now have itchy skin all over which keeps me a wake at night, not sure if this is linked or separate issue as I have a suspected autoimmune disorder and awaiting to see specialist

Sounds then like a phone consult with the GP about splitting the Nebivolol is the way forward. 1.25 mgs Nebivolol is a low dose but some of us including me are more sensitive to it than most.
