This is a subject that gets discussed from time to time and you need to decide if it is single trip or annual insurance you want cover for. Do you plan to travel before or after the cardioversion?
For starters, look at healthunlocked.com/afassoci...
I’ve found staysure cover afib, I’ve dine the form online to get the costing but will ring them and go thru it as I’m goung to Australia and want to make sure I’m covered. The form says have you had an ablation....another question is have you had any attacks since ablation, .......the excess for me was 500 , but I’m traveling for two months.
I haven’t done it yet as I was goung to check out others if there are any.....allclear is one but I’m in France and they are only U.K.....

I've used Allclear a couple of times . They were the only ones who would cover me when I was on a waiting list for an ablation .I rang and spoke to an advisor as I found trying to do it online didn't give me the scope to explain my situation properly and I wanted to make sure I was appropriately covered.
Some insurance companies like your warfarin checks to be regular and infreqient.I changed to Alpixaban which solved that problem as no checks.
