Great Gillybean - glad you had no after effects. Here in N Ireland it is sunny and warm in the windshade. Too much to hope that winter is gone?

It's been a lovely few days here on the edge of the Peak District.

Lovely sunshine for two days. Walked dog in a thick sweater this morning ( me in sweater (!), had to take dog's coat off he was panting) North Yorkshire
