Cannibis oil.: Just wondering if legal... - Atrial Fibrillati...
Cannibis oil.
The pharmacist is probably a better bet as they understand these things. I doubt the doctor would comment. You may need to have an extra INR test a few days after starting just to be sure whatever is said.
You would have to keep a close watch on your INR with this. I took it recently and thought it helped with arthritis in knee but it was short lived so that was a waste of money. Got more relief from a pair of elbow crutches from Amazon prime and back to 30mg codeine. And just to top off last week perfectly went into fast AF again with chest pain so was blue lighted to A&E.....Everyone at hospital so lovely to me so can't complain there.

I tried it for my osteoarthritis and within a few hours was in AF. I asked for advice and was told that it opens the blood vessels and may cause an AF episode so unfortunately I have not taken it again.
Israel has been doing research on CBD 1 and CBD 2 for many years on specific issues with babies and young children. There are utube videos I accessed from USA for a 44 yr old friend with breast cancer. Sadly, she trusted a different formula from California and then stopped to be accepted in research trial of some sort here in USA. She died within a year. Israel has had excellent results so if possible, research their findings. Breathe deeply.
CBD oil can also thin your blood which is not very good if your on a anticoagulant
Hello Benmaise,
I had an INR of 2.2. I took CBD oil 2 nights. Not a very high dose as I read it can push arrhythmia. Day 3 my INR was 3.7. The only difference in my routine is that I took 7.5mg Warfarin instead of 5mg 2 out of the 3 nights. I thought it would be 2.7.
I have read THC can cause rapid HR.
I am leaving the oil alone.
I don't think i will bother with Cannibis oil. After reading these comments it doesn't seem a good idea. Thank all.
The Israeli CBD studies had no THC......cannot imagine THC being helpful at all.
