Magnesium Oil

Hello...

Has anyone tried magnesium oil ? And is it effective?

I’ve just bought some with added essential oils to help with sleep. I’m hoping it will help with boosting magnesium levels. Because I’m still struggling with getting food down I thought it would be a better way for me.

I’m 3 week’s post ablation - for Flutter and Fibrillation- flutter hasn’t returned but I’m on flecainide 100mg twice a day for the fibrillation. Hope that’s only short term.

Loving the Kardia - particularly on the Apple Watch!

many people swear by it. I use it more for cramp though.

Thank goodness cramp isn’t one of my growing list of ailments... but really good to know the oil works!

Thanks Bob

Mine is sporadic and haven't had it for a year or two thank goodness but often would strike on a long car journey and launch me into a layby to do an Indian Rain Dance round the car or van I was driving at the time. Hellish funny for others!

Ouch! Sounds really painful! I’ve only had it occasionally and only when sleeping so I’ve never had one while properly awake! Hope you continue to be cramp-free! 🌻

I use it every morning after showering. It's not a true oil although feels oily. Its just magnesium dissolved in water. I have felt so much better generally. If yours is a mix it may contain oil of course. Fewer ectopics, better sleep.

Hi Yatsura... thank you for your feedback ... I’m finding it makes my skin a bit itchy and not too greasy - it might be a different brand - ‘better for you’? I’ll try it for a while and see if I notice a different ... 🌻

I use a brand Ancient Minerals, don't have any problems, goes on at night and helps getting me to sleep.
