Trip planned with daughter today for food and clothes shopping .Anxiety has got the better again So have asked hubby to come along to Don't think daughter too happy now .I feel useless and like I have totally let her down again I have first clinic appointment next Thursday so I be twice as bad then Wish I could get my old self back Independent full of life and living it

Morning you will get there !!! I had a wobble yesterday at court I could have ran out and come home !!but here I am ready to go get the bus to go back still feeling a bit strange !!!

I did it dreamer Took hubby along to which wasn't planned but least I went and it was taxi there and back
