Below is a link to an article discussing the (good) effect of eating nut on AF. You may find it interesting

Excellent find..., now a similiar find for chocolate would be perfect.

Indeed, there are many findings confirming benefits of (dark!) chocolate. I enjoy 90% cocoa grade

Hi globe :-) I posted some research about benefit of nuts a while ago. I eat lots particularly almonds which are magnesium rich and was delighted to find that they are good for heart health.

Just ensure they are organically produced and packaged. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my general health and reduction in AF episodes since changing my diet and ensuring I eat less but much better quality foods.

Includes 2 squares of dark chocolate daily and 4-5 almonds daily!

Let food be our medicine.

I'm all for the dark chocolate and I'm glad to say that Red Wine is not a trigger for me.

I'm always dubious about nuts and my teeth. Strangely a recent Waitrose order when delivered had a bag of almonds in that we had not ordered and were not on the bill.
