I have access to ambulatory heart monitors through my work as a nurse and wore one during some of my AF episodes. I get flipped Ts as well. Asked my cardiologist when I saw him and he wasn't fussed. Said can't diagnose from a single lead. There are lots of reasons for it but I stopped worrying after that.
As always, depends how you feel! If no worse than usual, not to worry!
I always have inverted t waves and paramedics always say oh it's fine if it's not new. But if its new for you I would get it checked out. Just my opinion.
