I've just taken this Kardia ECG after awaking after two hours sleep with an odd "quivering " or vibrating sensation on the left side. I posted a lot about this around a year ago. The Kardia says 50 bpm normal, but I wondered if there was an indication of atrial flutternon the ECG. I used the old 1L Kardia rather than the 6L so that I didn't have to get out of bed to take the ECG using a knee (and Bluetooth). This one was taken within a minute or so of waking.

Kardia ECG
I don’t know what it is but pretty sure it’s not Atrial Flutter which is always fast and has a saw tooth like pattern so the peaks are very close together. I can see one ectopic on the last line. No expert though…….
I know I sometimes get those sorts of blips but I just ignore them. I do think that your heart is often like that on waking, least mine is.
Yes, it's now been confirmed that it's not showing flutter. There appears to be some electrical interference. I'm still getting the annoying ectopics and palpitations unfortunately.
This is like my heart on waking. Too slow for flutter
Hi I have no idea how to post a pic on here, can anyone help.Thankyou .
Send off to Kardia for analysis
I would say that your trace shows NSR of 50bpm. You can use the Kardia 6L in the same way, without the need for using your knee or ankle.
Here is an article on atrial flutter:
